Services
People, teams and businesses list what they offer (coaching, lessons, mixing, sessions) with an optional price and length on their public page, and visitors book one in the owner's hours, no payment provider needed.
What it is
List what you offer, like production coaching, vocal lessons, mixing or a session as a player, on your public page. Each service has a name, what it includes, and, if you want, a price and how long a session runs. Leave the price empty and the page shows none. People book a service in your hours and it lands on your calendar with a video link. No store or payment provider to set up: you agree on payment with the person who booked.
Services work in three places:
- You: on your profile (
aden.space/u/@you). - A team: in the team profile's Shop tab and on its home page.
- A business: on the business page (
aden.space/o/your-business).
Using it
- Add a service. Account → Services for yourself, team Settings → Services for a team, Services in a business's sidebar for a business. Click Add service, give it a name and, optionally, what it includes, a price with its unit ("per hour") and the session length.
- Reorder, hide or delete. Drag a service by its handle to reorder. The eye button takes a service off your page without deleting it. Delete from the "…" menu; Undo brings it back for a few seconds.
- Let people book. Set your booking hours and connect a calendar under Account → Availability. For a team or business, switch on bookings for it there too. Each service then shows a Book button that opens your calendar for that service's length.
- Found in search. Your services are part of your page's description for search engines and AI assistants, so someone asking for a "production coach" can be pointed to you.
On a website
- Your Aden website. Team and business websites (
/website, or your own domain) show a Services section. Move or hide it in the website editor like any other section. - Your own website. Read your services from the API, no key needed:
https://aden.space/api/v1/public/services/people/<your-slug>, orteams/<team-slug>ororganisations/<business-slug>. Each service comes with its price and length as text ("€60 per hour", "1 h") and a booking link, which is empty until you take bookings. Because it is public, a site can fetch it straight from the browser. The Website Kit (Team → API) adds it to its prompt under Services & booking.
Book a call
People outside Aden book a 30 minute call with someone on a team or business from its public pages, in that person's hours, with a Google Meet link on their calendar.
