Billing recipient hand-off
Removing or leaving as the person who receives a team's or business's invoices asks where they go next, and billing emails warn when the domain isn't yours.
What it is
Every team and business has a billing email: the address its invoices go to. When the person behind that address leaves, invoices would keep going to someone who no longer has access. Aden asks where they go next before the person is removed.
Aden also checks billing addresses as you type them. When the address isn't on
your team's or business's own domain (nova-music.be instead of
novamusic.be), a warning asks you to check it.
Using it
- Deactivate a team member, leave a team, or remove a business member who receives the invoices.
- The confirm shows where invoices go now. Pick another member, or type an address.
- Confirm with Move invoices and deactivate (or leave, or remove). Both happen together.
The leaving person's own address is refused. If you're leaving and you aren't an admin, you can only hand invoices to another member.
Artist name check
A free tool at tools.aden.space/name. Type an artist name and see whether it is free in music (artists with the name on Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer, EU trademarks for it) and whether its handle is free on TikTok, YouTube, X, SoundCloud, Twitch, Mixcloud and Linktree, with Instagram one click away.
Custom board columns and sub-boards
Add a tag or genre column between the statuses, or a sub-board under a status or another column. Dropping a track (or album) in one sets its status, tags and genres; each column chooses whether leaving it takes the value off. Shown on the tracks board, list, sidebar, status dropdown, desktop and mobile, and on the albums board and list.
