Every Gmail, Outlook and team address you may read in one list, sorted into To reply, Demos, Bookings, Deals, Press and Newsletters. In the app, an organisation and admin, and alone in a small window.
What it is
mail.aden.space opens Mail in Aden.
Mail reads every mailbox you may read in Aden (your own Gmail or Outlook, your teams' and organisations', and each team's own address) and sorts the mail the way people in music read it. Open it from the sidebar or ⌘K, or on its own in a small window.
Using it
- To reply holds the threads where someone is waiting on you.
- Follow-ups (the reply icon) lists who you owe a reply and who never answered yours, longest waiting first, like the desktop's. Reply answers in place.
- Demos, Bookings, Deals, Press and Newsletters hold each kind of mail. Everything holds all of it.
- Your teams' Aden addresses (
{team}@aden.space) are inboxes here too, beside Gmail and Outlook. Their mail used to sit under Inbox, Emails. - Pick one inbox or all of them at the top. Search looks through the whole mailbox, not only the last month.
- Open a thread to read it beside the list, like a chat: theirs on the left, yours on the right, a designed email as it was made. Reply under it (Cmd or Ctrl+Enter sends) from the inbox it came in on. On a phone the thread takes the screen, with a back button to the list. Compose writes a new email from any of your inboxes.
- Together (the layers icon, or a swipe left) shows what you share with the person: sessions, tracks, releases. A swipe right sends it away, or on a phone goes back to the list.
- The window icon opens Mail alone in a small window beside your work.
- The settings icon goes to where mailboxes are connected: your account's inboxes, or the organisation's Inboxes settings.
- An organisation's Mail shows its own mailboxes; admins have Aden's staff mailboxes under Admin.
Your mail stays in Gmail or Outlook: Aden reads it when you open the page and keeps no copy of any message.
