Reviews on any link
Ask anyone, on Aden or not, for a review on a page in another app (a DISCO player, a Samply link, a Session Studio song, a Google Doc); they answer on a public page with like or pass and a note.
What it is
Your music doesn't have to be in Aden to get a review through Aden. Open a song on DISCO, Samply, Session Studio, SoundCloud, Dropbox or a Google Doc in the Aden desktop app, and ask anyone for their opinion on it: someone on your team, a contact, or any email address.
Using it
- Open the page in Aden (click the link in a chat, or open it as a page).
- In the Aden rail on the page's left edge, press Ask for a review (the paper plane), or type "ask for a review" in ⌘K. Music shared in a chat has the same paper plane on its card, on the web too.
- Pick the people and say what they should listen for. Ask.
- Each person gets an email with their own link. They open the original page from there, like or pass, and write a note. No account needed.
- Their answers show on the rail beside that page (the plane shows how many answered) and in your notifications. Every link can be copied, to send it another way, and withdrawn.
On the review page, Open in Aden opens the same page in the desktop app, with the Aden rail beside it.
