Together, beside a chat
Next to a one-to-one chat, everything you and that person have done in Aden. Sessions, tracks, releases, playlists, shares and email threads, even for people who aren't on Aden yet.
What it is
Open a chat with someone, on Aden or on WhatsApp, Instagram and the rest in the desktop app, and the panel on the right shows what you've done together: sessions coming up and past, the tracks and releases they're credited on, the playlists you share, what you sent them, and your email threads. It works for people who aren't on Aden yet too, through their contact.
How it works
- Who it's about. In Aden's chat, the person you're talking to. In the desktop app's Links inbox, the contact that chat belongs to: save them as a contact (or they already are one) and the panel fills in.
- Their team. When their contact is linked to their team, that team's credits on your tracks show too.
- Everything, not one team. It looks across every team you're on.
- Open anything. A row opens it in Aden. "Contact" opens their contact page, with the full activity timeline.
- Hide it. The layers button in the chat's header shows or hides the panel; it remembers.
Start a session from any chat
Type /new session with a name and a day in any chat. Aden starts the session, invites the person or one of their teams, and posts an invite card everyone in the chat can answer and join from.
DJ crates sync on the desktop
Crates from rekordbox, Serato, Traktor and Virtual DJ come into Aden with your own tracks linked, and your Aden playlists go out to those apps with the final version of each of your tracks.
