Links on tracks and sessions
Keep any link with a track or a studio session, like a lyrics doc, a stems folder or a Notion page.
What it is
Every track and studio session can hold its own links: the Google Doc with the lyrics, the Dropbox folder with the stems, the Notion page with the plan. Any web address works, so you never have to wait for Aden to support a tool.
Using it
- On a track: open the track and use Add link in the side panel. Paste the address and, if you like, give it a name. Once a track has links they show in a Links section in the same panel.
- On a session: open the session and use Add link next to the date and place at the top. With links, the same control reads Links with a count.
- From ⌘K: type "add link" on a track, or "add link docs.google.com/… to Afterglow" from anywhere.
- Remove a link: hover it and press the cross. Changed your mind? Press Undo in the message that appears.
The phone app shows a track's and a session's links. Add and remove them on the web or desktop.
Shared team files on desktop
Move a file from your computer into a team from the rail, Finder or ⌘K. Every save syncs with the team, and a pin shows when a teammate saved a newer version.
Entity sidebar and banner layout
Immersive cover art in the track, album, playlist, mix and camp sidebars, a seam to move the title up or down, drag-to-reorder sections, and a resizable immersive team banner.
