Booking inquiries
Public "book this artist" form. Inquiries reach the artist at once, with the sender's email marked confirmed or not.
What it is
Anyone can ask to book you from your public profile: /profile/<you>/book. The
form collects the promoter's details, the date, the venue and the fee offer.
Every inquiry reaches you straight away, on web and in the app. The sender also gets a confirmation link: click it and the inquiry is marked email confirmed, so you can tell a real inbox from a typo or a bot before you spend a reply on it.
Using it
- Turn it on: Events → Inquiries → settings. You need a Pro plan or above.
- Triage: each inquiry can be marked replied, declined or spam, and accepted inquiries convert into a real event plus a confirmed booking for your team.
- Sending one: the artist has it the moment you submit. Confirm your address from the email we send so it shows up as verified. The booking page remembers what you sent on that device and lets you resend that email.
Venues & rooms
Clubs, halls and arenas as first-class operators on Aden. Venues with rooms, shows linked to the venue they happen in, ranked date holds, org-owned residencies, and a public "play here" request form.
Availability & travel
Busy and travel windows per user, sharing rules, the org "who's free" grid, room double-booking checks, and travel heads-up notifications.
