A&R contact discovery
Finds the A&Rs a team has already emailed and adds them as ordinary leads and contacts on the team leads board.
Finding the A&Rs you already know
On Leads, "Find A&R contacts" searches the Gmail account connected to your team for demo and A&R threads, then lists the people it found, grouped by the label they write from.
Personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and similar) sit at the bottom,
collapsed and unselected, since their domain names no label. Search filters
people by name, address, label or domain and opens every group with a match.
The dialog's open state lives in the URL (?findContacts=true).
Pick who to keep, confirm which organisation each group belongs to when Aden
already has that label, and add them. Everyone you pick becomes a contact
tagged A&R on a lead for that label. People already on a lead stay there.
Nothing is saved until you press add, and a person you already have is reused rather than duplicated.
