Social login on desktop
How the desktop shell signs people in with Apple, Google, Discord, Spotify or Kakao.
What it is
Sign in to the Aden desktop app with Apple, Google, Discord, Spotify or Kakao, the same providers as the web and the phone app. Pick one and it opens in your browser, where you are probably already signed in; the app takes over as soon as you finish there. Email and password still work below the tiles.
If you signed up with a provider and never set a password, this is now the way in on desktop.
Sign in to desktop with the browser
One click on aden.space signs the desktop app in as the account the browser already holds, no password retyped.
Desktop on more than one machine
Every install of the desktop app registers itself, so the other machine can say where a project lives, sync preferences follow the account, and a conflict names the device.
