Decision helper
When two or more labels say yes to (or are considering) the same track, Choose opens a floating glass window that weighs the offers from plays, replies and your history with each label, files which one you went with, and learns from it.
What it is
When more than one label says yes to the same track or album, or is still considering it, Aden helps you choose. It weighs the offers from what it already knows: how often each label played the music and opened your pitch, how fast they answered, how your earlier pitches to them went, and which labels you went with before. It names the better fit and the reasons behind it.
Every choice you make teaches it. The next time two offers come in, your earlier choices are part of what it weighs.
Using it
- Open it: press Choose next to Add submission on a track’s Metadata → Release tab, or on an album's submissions, or on the Pitches widget next to its title. With several tracks waiting on a choice, the widget's Choose opens a menu of them. You can also type "choose" in ⌘K.
- Read the pick: a glass window floats on the right, on top of whatever you are doing, only as tall as it needs to be, and stays while you move around. The top offer comes with its reasons. "Close call" means the offers are nearly level. Open Why not under another label to see its side.
- Choose: press Go with on the offer you take. Picked the wrong one? Press Change.
- Keep asking: Talk it through opens a private AI chat with the track and the offers attached.
- Tell it what matters to you: write it in a skill named
what-works-for-us, on your team or your organisation. Aden reads both every time it weighs offers. - Close it any time with its close button or Escape.
Label submission follow-ups
A recurring nudge on a label pitch that has not been answered, with a previewable follow-up email you send yourself and a dashboard queue of everything still waiting.
Fan programs
Per-show fan feeds (anyone at the show uploads photos and videos, no account; a TikTok-style public feed ranked by views, with reports, a closing date, artist posts and a live view on the desktop rail) plus a per-team configurable fan program with weighted criteria and points.
