Signup gate
Anyone can create an Aden account. A typed invite code or the `?betaadenspace` unlock skips the waitlist; otherwise staff accept the request from the existing beta queue. Waitlisted accounts still open collabs, camps, and sessions they belong to.
What it is
Anyone can create an Aden account. After you register, Aden staff accept you
into the beta. If you have an invite code, type it on the register page and you
skip the wait. Arriving through a beta link (aden.space/?betaadenspace) does
the same thing without a code: the account you create from that browser is in
the beta.
Until you are in the beta you can still open collaborations, songwriter camps, and sessions you belong to. Team creation and the rest of the product stay closed.
Using it
- Open Register. Fill in name, phone, email, and the rest. An invite code is optional.
- With a valid invite code, or after opening a
?betaadenspacelink, you land in the beta as soon as the account exists. - Without a code your account is created and staff see your request. Open the work you were invited to from the welcome page while you wait.
- Signing in with Google, Discord, or Spotify on an address that has no account yet keeps you signed in and opens the details step of Register, so the same details still get filled in. Sign in with Apple creates the account from Login or Register without those extra fields.
Artist-led organisation onboarding
A team, or an admin on its behalf, invites the label, publisher, manager or studio it works with. The organisation gets a role-specific email and either approves from its members page or claims the organisation through the invite, which activates the link.
Registration details
The signup details step validates the invite code against the server and looks up the user's IPI number from the public songwriter credit indexes.
