Anatomy
Ask the chat how a part of the music industry works and get an interactive isometric map of it, with the number that matters and a link from every player to the Aden feature that handles it.
What it is
Type $anatomy how a stream turns into a royalty in any chat, or ask a bot
"how does sync licensing work", and the answer arrives as a card: an
isometric map of the players (listener, DSP, distributor, label, PRO,
publisher, songwriter), the money, rights, data and music moving between
them, and the story in steps. On the right, the one number that matters:
per stream, the sync fee, the lead time, the deal.
Each step lights the part of the map it is about. Click a player for what it does and the Aden page that handles it: set your splits, plan the release, register your works, open the sync board. When the chat knows your numbers (your streams, your splits, your release plan), the card shows them instead of industry averages.
Using it
Ask. $anatomy followed by the question, or plain language: "explain
how a release gets to the stores", "what happens to the money from a show".
Step through. The arrows under the drawing move one step at a time; the dots jump to a step. The caption and the number change with it.
Open a player. Click or tab to a block. Its role and detail replace the caption, with a button to the Aden page that handles it. The x goes back to the steps.
Expand. The arrow in the top right opens the drawing large.
On the phone, the card shows the title and the number and opens the chat on the web, where the drawing is.
Let Aden pitch a track
A track's Pitched list and Up next offer "Let Aden pitch this". Allowing it files an ordinary pitch to Aden's own organisation, with the deal kinds and a rights confirmation. Up next then follows what Aden does with it.
App data
Custom fields a connected app keeps on anything in Aden (tracks, albums, events, playlists, teams, users, organisations, ...), for what Aden has no field for yet. Namespaced per app, same access rules on the MCP and the API.
