Storage review
Tracks nobody changed in 6 months, kept or deleted by their team, nudged monthly, and followed up from the admin and org storage views. Deleted tracks leave R2 for good.
What it is
Old drafts add up. The storage review lists your team's unreleased tracks that nobody has changed in 6 months, heaviest first, so you can keep what matters and delete the rest.
Using it
Open Plan › Usage and find Not changed in 6 months.
- Keep (the pin) marks a track as one you want. It stays in the list with the pin on, and you won't be reminded about it again. Press the pin again to undo.
- Delete (the trash) removes the track and every file on it. You have a few seconds to press Undo.
Released tracks never show here.
On the 1st of each month, teams with 500 MB or more to review get a reminder by email and in the app, linking straight to the list.
Organisations see the same thing under Settings › Storage: each team they manage with what it stores and could free, a Nudge to send that team its review now, the organisation's own files, and the review across all their teams.
