Catalogue for AI agents
An organisation's public catalogue as an MCP server and an API, no sign-in, so agents can search its music and read what clearing a track takes.
What it is
Music supervisors, ad agencies and game studios increasingly send an AI agent to find music and clear it. An agent can only use a catalogue it can call.
When your organisation takes license requests, its public catalogue also opens
to AI agents at https://mcp.aden.space/o/<your-slug>. Any agent that speaks
MCP (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) connects there without an Aden
account and can:
- search your tracks by words, genre or tag, key and BPM range
- read a track's ISRC, ISWC, key, BPM, language, label, p-line and c-line
- read its writers with their roles, societies, IPIs and publishers
- see whether AI training is reserved and who answers a license request
The catalogue holds your label's released tracks and the public tracks of the artists on your roster. Only what their public pages already show is in it. Split percentages are never shared.
Using it
- Open Sync in your organisation.
- Open License requests (the envelope beside Find opportunities) and turn on Take license requests.
- Copy the address under the switch and give it to whoever asks, or put it on your website.
Turning the switch off closes the catalogue again.
Licensing stays a conversation between people: an agent sends the user to the
track page's Request a license button, or, signed in, calls
request_track_license on the full Aden MCP. Requests land in New on your
Sync board.
Let Aden pitch a track
A track's Pitched list and Up next offer "Let Aden pitch this". Allowing it files an ordinary pitch to Aden's own organisation, with the deal kinds and a rights confirmation. Up next then follows what Aden does with it.
AI music rights
Declare AI use on a track for the streaming labels, reserve a catalogue against AI training, license it to AI companies on fair terms, see AI licensing income apart, and check the metadata payouts are matched on.
