Use Aden on more than one computer

See which of your machines holds a project, pick up where you left off, and keep sync choices the same everywhere.

Sign in on your studio Mac and your laptop, and each one tells your account which tracks it holds. Only names and dates are shared, never files, and only you see your machines.

What you see

  • On Files, under the tracks on this computer, a block for each other machine: "On your MacBook", with each track it holds, when it was opened, and "not on Aden yet" for a track that only lives there.
  • On Home, a Continue list of the tracks you opened last on any machine, and where.
  • On a track's page in Aden, under Details, a line like "Project on Studio Mac, opened Tuesday", and a note when that copy is newer than what is on Aden.
  • When a folder pulls a newer project, the message names who pushed it: your other machine or a collaborator.

Sync choices follow you

Which files stay offline, per team, track, album or milestone, is saved to your account and used on every computer. Folder paths stay per machine.

Sync a whole album

In a team's sync settings, Sync album pulls every track's project files for that album in one go.
