Run a brand academy

Join as a brand, feature your ambassador artists, and run academies and bootcamps as programs.

A brand, say a speaker maker running a music academy fronted by a famous DJ, works on Aden as a business, just like a label or an agency. It connects the artist teams it works with, follows their releases and progress, and runs its initiatives as programs.

Join as a brand

  1. Create your business, or claim it from an invite.
  2. Open Settings โ†’ Entity types and pick brand.

Artists who connect share a promotion-focused slice of their workspace by default, never their finances or legal papers. Every grant stays editable per team and per member.

Feature your ambassadors

On Teams, hover a connected team and click the star. Featured teams carry a featured artist badge everywhere your business shows them. Feature as many as you like.

Run a program

A program, like an academy, a bootcamp or an ambassador campaign, is a writers camp under another name. You get everything a camp has: a roster, personal invites, a public signup page with your own questions and an optional price, sessions with lineups, and calendars on web and phone.

  1. Open Camps and click New camp.
  2. Name it, set the dates and sessions.
  3. Invite people, or open the signup page for applications.

See Writers camps for every step.

Promise and deliver the perks

List what participants get, like a goodie bag, hardware or licences, under the program's Settings โ†’ Public page โ†’ What you get. They show on the signup page. On People, tick off what each person has been handed.

Only your brand on show

White-label, a paid extra, removes Aden from everything applicants see: the signup page, its link preview, your public pages and every email the program sends. See White-label your business.
