Follow up on your coaching clients
See who needs a next session first, what they sent for review, and keep their own work private.
See who needs you
On Coaching, open Display and choose Clients. It lists everyone coached in your business in the last year, the ones who need a follow-up first: nothing planned, then the soonest next session.
Each row shows their program, how many sessions they had, their coaches, their next session, and the versions they sent a coach that nobody answered yet.
- Click a row to open their session.
- Click the plus to plan their next one.
- Display → Only who needs a follow-up hides the rest.
Private by default
Clients never have to link their workspace to you. They send a version to their coach with send for review, where your coaches have their own group, and the coach sees just that version.
When an artist does link their team to a coaching business, it opens goals and comments only, until they choose to share more.
