Board & list grouping

The tracks board groups by a field you choose (status, tags, genre, label or visibility), and the list view nests a second layer (status, then tag or genre). Column choice lives in Display settings as one-click chips plus a searchable picker; status shows on each card; dragging a card between columns rewrites that field on the track. A trailing no-value column collects untagged tracks and strips the value on drop.

Group your catalog your way

On the tracks Board, open Display settings and pick what the columns mean: Status (the classic board), Tags, Genre, Label or Visibility. With tags or genre, a track carrying several values appears under each of them, with its status shown on the card. In the List view, "Then by" nests a second layer inside each status section, per tag or genre.

  • Choose the field: in Display settings, set Columns (board) or Then by (list).
  • Pick your columns: tap the value chips, or search the full list for the long tail. Without a selection you get your most-used values.
  • Re-file by dragging: drag a card to another column to swap that value. Drop it on Untagged / No genre to take the value off.
  • One column or all: the "Show in every matching column" toggle in Display settings switches between showing a track under each of its values, or only once under its first (main) value: dragging then sets the main value.
  • Search and filter still apply: the search box and filters narrow what the columns show, so you can zoom into any slice of the catalog.
