Email inbox import

What it is

The email import reads your team's email history and turns it into structured work inside Aden. Connect your Gmail inbox (or just paste emails in) and the analyzer finds the tracks you're working on, deadlines and deliverables, demo submissions from other artists, and booked shows, then suggests them as importable items. Nothing is created automatically: you review every suggestion, untick what you don't want, and import the rest in one click.

It's the fastest way to migrate an artist team onto Aden. Your inbox usually already contains your release plans, label deadlines, booking confirmations and demo submissions.

Using it

1. Go to your team's import page and open the Email tab.
2. Either click Connect Gmail (read-only access) and then Sync & analyze, choosing how far back to look (7/30/90 days): or paste one or more emails into the Paste emails box and click Analyze.
3. Review the suggestions, grouped into tracks, milestones, demos and shows & events. Low-confidence guesses are flagged and unticked by default.
4. Click Import selected items. Items are created in your team and re-running the analysis later won't duplicate what was already imported from the same email.
