Import profile links

Read an artist's existing link-in-bio page (Linktree, Komi, Beacons, their own website, …) and file every link where it belongs, socials, shows, releases, playlists, press and short links, in one step.

What it is

Most artists already keep their links somewhere else. A Linktree, a Komi page, a website. Rather than retyping a dozen URLs into Aden, paste that page's address and Aden reads the page and works out what each link actually is:

What's on the pageWhere it lands in Aden
Instagram, Spotify, YouTube… profilesthe matching row on your Links page
Dated tour rows and ticket linksyour calendar, as events with venue, city and ticket link
Songs, smart links and pre-savesyour catalogue, as tracks
Playlist linksyour Playlists page
Press, interviews and newsyour posts, as saved coverage
Everything else: merch, press kitsa short link on your profile

It reads the headings your page already uses ("2026 SHOWS", "OUT NOW", "PRESS") plus the link itself, so a tour list comes in as a tour and a song list comes in as songs. Nothing is saved until you've looked at what was found, and every row has a dropdown to send it somewhere else if a guess was wrong.

Using it

From the Links page: open Links, click Import or paste links, choose the source in the dropdown (or leave it on Other website and paste any address), then Read links. The results are grouped by where they will land; tick the ones you want, change any row's destination with the dropdown next to it, adjust the short-link names, and import. Platforms you've already filled in are left alone unless you turn on Replace links I already have, and nothing is duplicated on a second import. A show you already have on that date, a track with that title, an article already saved all stay as they are.

Paste anywhere: with the Links page open, paste a link or a list of links (⌘V / Ctrl+V) without clicking into a field first: the importer opens with them already read, so there is no button to find.

While creating a team: the first step has a Start from a link field: paste a Linktree, a Spotify artist link or your own website and it works out which is which. A streaming link prefills from Spotify (name, genres, artwork, palette, and your releases queued to import); anything else opens the importer with the page already read. It fills your name, handle and bio while they're empty, the social fields, the contact addresses the page advertised, and your profile picture as the team avatar. Everything the form has no field for. Your shows, songs, playlists, press and extra links. Is written the moment the team exists; the last step lists exactly what will land where, and afterwards a toast offers to connect the integrations those links imply.

Left the flow half-way? Teams shows a Finish setting up… card with the step you were on. Nothing you typed is lost.

For an organisation: the importer sits on the org's own Settings → Links (and the socials section of the admin org panel), and in the org onboarding form: every Links & socials block. The organisation's and each roster team's: has an Import button next to Paste. In the form it fills platform rows (plus the organisation name and website while they're empty) and tells you which links weren't platform rows, since short links need an organisation that exists.

Pages that fight back: some sites (1001Tracklists among them) refuse automated requests, and some build their links only once a browser runs them. Aden opens those in a real browser and reads the result, so pasting a 1001Tracklists DJ page works the same as pasting a Linktree. If even that comes back empty, Aden says so: open the page yourself, copy the links, and use Paste on the Links page, which detects platforms from a pasted list.
