Move tracks to another team
Hand tracks and albums to another team in one step, with their versions, files, splits and contracts.
When an artist changes management, labels merge, or you reorganise your own teams, the songs move with everything attached: versions, artwork, project files, release plans, splits and contracts. Nothing is copied. Links keep working.
Transfer a catalogue
- Open your team's settings and go to Catalog transfers.
- Click New transfer.
- Pick the receiving team. The list shows the teams you administer.
- Choose the whole catalogue, or specific tracks and albums.
- Confirm.
You need to manage both teams, as a team admin or as an admin of the organisation each team belongs to. For a handover between two separate parties, the receiving side makes you an admin first.
After the move
The sending team stays on each track as a previous collaborator, so credits and history read correctly. Both teams' activity logs record what moved.
