Work on many tracks at once
Select tracks to change their status, archive or delete them, or add them to a playlist, album or mix.
Select tracks
Tick cards on the board, or rows in the list or table. A bar appears at the bottom with what you can do:
- Change their status
- Create a playlist, with a share link if you want one
- Set them public or private
- Archive or delete them
- Submit them, up to 20 at a time
Drag one selected card to another column and the rest of the selection moves with it.
Select everything
Press ⌘A (Ctrl+A) on the board, pick Select all in the bar, or search "Select all tracks" in ⌘K. It selects every track your current filters show, so filter by a tag, genre or status first to select only those.
Delete asks once, then takes the tracks off the board with Undo for five seconds. Click anywhere empty, or press Escape, to clear the selection.
Add a track to a playlist, album or mix
- Right-click a track, or open its … button.
- Choose Add to playlist, Add to album, or add it to a mix.
- Type to search, then pick one.
The list covers every team you're on, so you can file a track into another team's playlist without switching. The desktop board has the same menu.
