Edit tracks in a table and export them
Edit codes and dates like a spreadsheet, then download your catalogue as a PDF or CSV.
The table shows every track in rows, so you can fill gaps across a whole catalogue in one sitting.
Open the table
- Open Display above your tracks.
- Pick Table.
Columns follow the card fields you tick in the same popover. Label, duration, BPM, key, UPC and created date are there to switch on.
Edit in place
ISRC, UPC, ISWC, EAN, catalog number, original artist and release date edit like a spreadsheet:
- Click a cell and type.
- Paste a block copied from Sheets or Excel.
- Press Delete to clear, ⌘Z to undo.
A change you're not allowed to make goes back, with the reason.
Export
- Open Display.
- Click Export, the download icon in its footer.
- Pick PDF for a landscape sheet with clickable listen links, or CSV for spreadsheets.
The export follows your filters and search, so filter first to export part of the catalogue. You can also type "export tracks" in ⌘K from any view.
Albums export the same way from their list. To bring a spreadsheet in, see Import from a spreadsheet.
