Change how the board looks

Switch between board, list and table, and choose what each track card shows.

All view settings sit in the Display popover above your tracks.

Pick a view

  • Board: a column per status. Drag a card to another column to change its status. The + in a column header creates a track in that status.
  • List: rows grouped by status. Then by nests a second layer inside each status, by tags, genre, label and more.
  • Table: a spreadsheet of every track. See Edit tracks in a table.

Choose card fields

Under card fields, tick what each card shows: release date, collaborators, BPM and key, ISRC, label and more. Search the list when you're looking for one. Presets switches to a ready layout, such as Release or Pitching.

A few switches change the card itself:

  • Show empty fields: a missing value shows as a place to add it. A missing ISRC becomes an input, a missing release date opens the date picker.
  • Cover as background: on the board, each card shows a soft wash of its cover art.
  • Waveform: draws the track's waveform on the card. Click it to play from that spot.

Long titles fade at the edge and scroll when you point at them.

Reorder tracks

With no sort picked, tracks show in the order you dragged them, on the board, the list and the sidebar alike. Picking a sort in the filter menu overrides it everywhere, and dragging is paused while a sort is on.

On a board that shows several teams, filter to one team first to drag. A track shared with your team keeps your team's order on your board.

Save it

Save as preset keeps the view, grouping, filters and card fields under a name, for you, your team or your organisation.

Some detail panels, such as leads and milestones, have a layout button next to close: side drawer, full page, pop up or minimize. Aden remembers your pick on this device.
