Search and filter your tracks

Find any track by its title, its versions, filters, or a plain sentence the AI turns into filters.

The search box above your tracks matches titles, artists, ISRC and UPC, label, genres and tags. It also matches version names and tags, so "radio edit" or "instrumental" finds the track they belong to.

Filter

Open Filter next to the search box. You can narrow by:

  • Status, priority, genre, tags, label, distributor and language
  • Release year, month or a date range
  • BPM range and Key
  • Length, from 0:00 to 10:00
  • Public or private, for sale or not, pitched and licensing
  • Teams, when the list spans more than one team

Active filters show as a count on the button. Clear all resets them. Filters live in the page address, so you can share a filtered view.

Click a section heading to fold it. Click and sweep across years, months or list items to pick a run in one go.

Search by describing it

  1. Click the magnifier in the search box. It turns into sparkles.
  2. Type what you want, such as "unreleased hip hop with no label from last year" or "released pop 2025 as a board by genre".
  3. Press Enter.

The words become real filters and view settings you can check and change. When a normal search finds nothing, the magnifier turns into sparkles by itself: press Enter again to ask the AI. Hover the spinner to stop a search. Click the sparkles to go back to plain search.

Albums and the leads pipeline have the same AI search.

Save a view

Save as preset keeps your filters, grouping and card fields under a name, icon and colour, for you, your team or your organisation. Presets show in the Presets menu.

On your phone

Tap the magnifier in the tracks search bar for the same AI mode. Applied filters show as chips you can remove.
