Team content, documents & files

Per-team storage of documents, creative-content assets / inspiration, social profile links, and DAW project-file sync — everything attached to a team or track that isn't audio.

What it is

Every team has a place to keep the non-audio material that supports a song or release:

  • Documents — PDFs, contracts, briefs, reference sheets and any other file type you want to store alongside your tracks, albums, or the team itself.
  • Creative content — photos, videos, short clips, and inspiration links (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube…) organised per track and moved through a simple content pipeline from idea to posted.
  • Social links — the team's official social-media profiles shown on its public page and used in outreach.
  • DAW project files — stems, sessions, bounces, MIDI files and presets kept in sync across the team's machines via the desktop app.

Using it

Documents

Upload a document. Navigate to your team's Documents page (or open a track and go to Files). Drag a file or click Upload — the file is stored securely and linked to the team, track, or album you're in.

Rename or delete. Click the three-dot menu on any document to rename it or delete it. Deletion removes the file from storage immediately.

Share a document. Use the Share option to generate a short-lived download link you can send to anyone.

Duplicate names. If a file with the same name already exists, Aden automatically appends a counter suffix (Report (1).pdf, Report (2).pdf, …) so nothing is silently overwritten.

Creative content

Add an asset. Inside a track, open the Content tab. Upload a photo or video (kind = asset) or paste an external URL from TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, or Twitter/X as inspiration.

Move through the pipeline. Each piece of content has a status: idea → in progress → ready → scheduled → posted. Advance it step by step — you cannot skip stages.

Pin to a milestone. Optionally link content to a track milestone so you can see what creative work belongs to each release phase.

Set your profiles. Go to your team profile settings and add links for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, etc.). Mark a link as primary to surface it more prominently on your public page.

Multiple links per platform. You can add secondary links for the same platform (e.g. two TikTok accounts) using the Add another option.

DAW project files (desktop app)

Sync a project. On the desktop app, open a track and link it to a project folder on your machine. The desktop client watches for changes and pushes updated files to the team.

Pull files. Another team member opens the same track and clicks Pull on any project to download the latest version of every file.

Link to a version. Attach a project snapshot to a specific track version so you always know which stems match which bounce.
