Ambassadors, partners & testimonials
Three admin-managed content types that power the marketing surface — an ambassador loyalty programme rewarding active users, partner brand listings with subscriber benefits, and user testimonials shown on the landing page.
What it is
Aden has three related content types for building community and trust:
Ambassador programme — a loyalty scheme for power users. Aden defines one or more programmes with a set of tasks (upload tracks, refer friends, use certain features). Users who complete enough tasks to reach a score threshold earn a reward — either a free plan upgrade or a Polar discount code. You keep the reward as long as you stay active; if your score drops, you have a grace period before it is removed.
Partners — companies that have teamed up with Aden. Each partner can expose a subscriber benefit (e.g. a discount or free trial). The partners page shows active partners publicly; featured partners appear in a highlighted grid.
Testimonials — short quotes from real users, optionally linked to their Aden team. Admins curate which ones appear on the landing page and which are featured.
Using it
Joining the ambassador programme
- Go to your team dashboard and open the Ambassador tab (or find the panel on your account page).
- Read the programme description and task list. Each task shows its weight (how many score points it is worth) and whether it is required.
- Click Join and select the team you want to represent.
- Complete the tasks. Automated tasks (event counts, team state checks, referral counts) are evaluated automatically. Self-check tasks are tasks you mark complete yourself — they operate on the honour system.
- Once your score meets the threshold, click Apply reward to activate your plan benefit or discount.
Changing your representative team
Open the ambassador panel and select a different team from the team picker. Your score re-evaluates immediately against the new team's state.
Checking your score
The ambassador panel shows your current score, the threshold, each task's status, and the deadline for recurring tasks (daily/weekly/monthly windows reset automatically).
Organisations
Music-industry entities (labels, distributors, PROs, studios, etc.) that exist independently in Aden and link to artist teams — the structural backbone for industry relationships, submissions, contracts, and team management.
Personal dashboard
The artist/team workspace home — a grid of your teams with track-status donuts, open tasks, members and recent activity.
