Partnerships

Introw-style partner relationship management shared by organisations and platform admins (team-ready): a pipeline board of partner companies with lifecycle status, tier and next action, the real contacts behind them, a deal pipeline, and the shared CRM timeline (notes, calls, meetings, follow-ups, email). Platform partnerships also power the public /partners marketing directory.

What it is

Partnerships is your home for the companies you work with. Brands, agencies, venues, festivals, media, sponsors and more. Instead of keeping partner lists in a spreadsheet or an external CRM, you track each partner's relationship status, the people you talk to there, and the deals you're working on together, right inside Aden. Organisations manage their partnerships from the org workspace; Aden's own partnerships are managed by our team the same way.

Using it

  • Add a partner: open Partnerships from your organisation's sidebar (under Deals) and click "Add partner". A side panel opens: name, company type, status (prospect, contacted, negotiating, active, paused or ended) and tier (strategic, preferred or standard), plus optional website, description, source, next step, partnership period and internal notes. Dates use a calendar, and the end date opens on the start date's month.
  • Work the pipeline: the list opens as a board, one column per status. Drag a partner to move it, and the move is logged on its timeline. Partners whose next step is due today or overdue are pinned above the board. Switch to the list view for the whole book at once.
  • Track contacts: open a partner and add the people you work with there. Search your existing contacts first: a partner contact is a real contact record, so their email history and notes stay in one place. Mark one as the main contact so it surfaces first everywhere.
  • Keep the history: every partner has the same activity panel as a contact or a lead. Log a note, a call or a meeting, set a follow-up with a due date, and read the email threads linked to the record. Follow-ups show up in your follow-ups overview alongside everything else you owe.
  • Run the deal pipeline: add deals to a partner with a stage (idea, proposed, negotiating, agreed, live, completed or cancelled), an optional value with currency, and an expected close date. The list page totals your open deals per currency.
  • Keep it current: change a partner's status straight from the detail page header, or search the board and list by partner, contact or next step. Statuses are color-coded everywhere, and a partner nobody has touched in a while shows how long it has been quiet.
  • Manage benefits: each partner has a Benefits list (e.g. member discounts) with a title, details and link. If your organisation is itself an Aden platform partner, your owners and admins manage your partnership's benefits from the "Aden partnership" page in your org sidebar. The Aden team is notified of every change you make, and you're notified when they change something.

Only organisation owners and admins can add or edit partners; other members see everything read-only.
