Organisation leads
An organisation's or a team's own sales pipeline, festivals, brands, venues and partners they are chasing, running on the same `leads` table AND the same board, table and record sheet as Aden's internal pipeline, parameterized by scope. Socials and a first contact are captured on the create form.
What it is
Your own CRM, for an organisation or a single artist team. Track every festival, brand, venue or partner you are chasing, from first contact to won or lost, without leaving Aden.
A lead carries a name, the company behind it, a status and priority, an estimated deal value, who on your team owns it, what the next action is and when, plus free-form notes. Link the people you are talking to straight from your contacts (or create a new contact on the spot), and log every call, email and meeting on its timeline.
Find it in the sidebar, Deals → Leads in an organisation, Leads in a team, or press ⌘K and type "leads".
How to use it
- Add a lead: "New lead" on the pipeline, or ⌘K → "New lead". Paste the socials (any platform, one link or a whole list) and add the first contact right there.
- Work the pipeline: filter by status, search by name, company, source or owner. Open a lead to change its status inline.
- Add the people: link contacts your organisation already has, or create a new contact from the lead. The first person added becomes the primary one.
- Keep the history: log notes, calls, emails and meetings. Status changes are logged automatically.
- Close it: move it to Won, Lost or Dormant. Prefer that over deleting: deleting removes the people links and the timeline with it.
Only members of that organisation or team can see or work its pipeline.
CRM timeline
One chronological history per contact, team and organisation. Notes, meeting write-ups, calls, follow-ups and the real email threads that go with them, all on the shared comments layer.
License CRM
Teams and their organisations record and track music licenses issued to external parties, licensee, license type, territories, term, fee, and the signed agreement, with two-way visibility between the artist team and its linked orgs, cross-notifications, and automatic expiry reminders.
