Email verification
Verify the custom emails a team adds (contact, booking, demo-fallback) by having the recipient click a signed link, so you only show and send from addresses you own.
What it is
When you add a custom email to your team. A public contact email, a region-based booking email, or the demo-submission fallback. You can verify it so recipients (and Aden) know the address really belongs to you. It works just like verifying a custom email on Cal.com: we send a short "Verify your email address" message to the address, and clicking the link confirms it.
Each address shows a small badge next to it:
- Verified: the recipient clicked the link; the address is confirmed.
- Verification sent: a verification email is on its way (you can resend).
- Not verified: no verification has been requested yet.
Using it
- Go to your team's Settings → Email.
- Add or edit a contact email, booking email, or the demo/promo fallback email.
- Click Verify email next to the address. We'll email a verification link to it.
- Open that inbox and click Verify email in the message. You'll see an "Email verified" confirmation, and the address will show a green Verified badge back in settings (reload the page if needed).
The verification link expires after 48 hours, if it lapses, just click Resend to get a fresh one.
Apple Branded Mail
Get a team's logo shown next to its emails in Apple Mail. A live DMARC check on the sending domain plus the hand-off to Apple Business Connect.
Web tracking & consent
Aden's platform analytics and marketing tags, GA4, Google Ads, Facebook/TikTok retargeting, and a GTM container scoped to the landing pages and public artist profiles, all gated by region-scoped Google Consent Mode v2 defaults and the cookie banner.
