Fan programs
Per-event content drops (fan photos/videos uploaded with an Aden account) plus a per-team configurable fan program. Weighted criteria, points, and a customizable status name/threshold, designed to extend to multiple tiers later.
What it is
Two connected fan-engagement features:
- Event content drops: an artist opens a "drop" on one of their shows. Fans who were there upload their photos and videos from the night; once the artist approves them, they appear in the fan gallery on the public event page. Fans need an Aden account, so every upload is attributed and feeds their fan status progress.
- Fan program: every artist gets a points-based fan status. Fans earn points by completing criteria: connecting Spotify as a lifetime fan, following the artist on Spotify/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube, using a song in their story, joining the mailing list, and sharing event content. At the points threshold they unlock the status. A sensible default set ships out of the box; the artist can rename the status (default "Superfan", or e.g. "Inner Circle"), change the threshold, tune points, and add their own criteria.
Using it
As an artist (team)
- Go to Fans → Fan program in your team's audience tabs. The page uses a
vertical section menu (like the account settings): pick Program settings,
Fan actions, Event drops, Moderation queue (with a pending-count
badge), or Leaderboard from the left; only the chosen section renders on
the right, driven by a
?section=query param. - Program settings: set the status name, points threshold, and a description fans see. Toggle the program off to pause it.
- Criteria: the default set is seeded on first save. Edit points, add custom criteria (with an optional link for fans), mark criteria repeatable with a max, or reset to the defaults.
- Content drops: pick one of your events and open a drop. Choose whether fans can send photos, videos, or both, how many uploads each fan gets, and whether uploads go live immediately (auto-approve) or wait for review.
- Review: pending fan uploads appear in the moderation queue. Approve to publish them to the public event gallery (this also grants the fan their event-upload points); reject to keep them out.
- Top fans: the leaderboard shows every fan with points and who has unlocked the status.
As a fan
- Visit the artist's fan status page (
/@artist/fan-status) to see the criteria and your progress. You need an Aden account to earn points. - Complete criteria: follow links, mark them done, and use Verify on the Spotify connection (it checks your lifetime-fan Spotify link for real).
- On a show's public event page, use Share your photos and videos to upload what you captured. Once the artist approves, your content shows in the fan gallery, and you earn points.
- Reach the threshold and you unlock the artist's fan status.
Partnerships
Introw-style partner relationship management shared by organisations and platform admins (team-ready): a pipeline board of partner companies with lifecycle status, tier and next action, the real contacts behind them, a deal pipeline, and the shared CRM timeline (notes, calls, meetings, follow-ups, email). Platform partnerships also power the public /partners marketing directory.
CRM timeline
One chronological history per contact, team and organisation. Notes, meeting write-ups, calls, follow-ups and the real email threads that go with them, all on the shared comments layer.
