Plan a meeting
Set up a call or a catch up that isn't about music, with a video link, on the same calendar as your sessions.
Not everything is music: a call with your manager, a label meeting or a coffee with a friend. A meeting is a session without tracks, goal or inspiration.
Plan one
- In ⌘K, type something like "meeting with Bram friday 3pm", or choose Plan a meeting.
- Check the title, time and people. It lasts an hour unless you change it.
- Create it. With a Google calendar connected, Aden adds a Meet link. Otherwise paste any call link.
When a chat message is about meeting up ("coffee friday?"), the chat offers to plan a meeting on that day, linked to the chat.
Meetings show as "Meeting" in your sessions lists and block your time like a session. An organisation's meeting is one meeting, not one per team.
Get notes from it
Press Take notes on the meeting to get a summary and to-dos from a Zoom, Meet or Teams call.
