Share or export a session
Let people outside your team follow and join a session, add it to a calendar, or export it as a PDF or text.
Share a session
- Turn on the session's public link and send it.
- People see the same tabs as your team, without an account.
- To write, they choose Join session and give their name and email. They can then edit notes and lyrics, draw on the canvas and pin inspiration.
They get an Aden invite by email, and signing up with that address adds the session to their account. The public page closes when the session ends, and everyone gets a recap of what they made.
Add it to a calendar
In the session's menu, Add to calendar opens a new event in Google or Outlook, or downloads a file for Apple Calendar and others.
Export it
Export in the same menu gives you:
- PDF to print: when and where, the call, the goal, everyone with their roles, shares and IPI, the tracks, notes, inspiration and links.
- Markdown to paste into Notion, Google Docs or an assistant.
Anyone who can open the session can export it.
