Take studio quote requests

Let anyone ask for a quote on studio time from your business page, and answer requests from one inbox.

A business with a public studio gets a Get a quote button on its page. Visitors pick their dates, how many people are coming, the rooms and any services, then leave their name and email. Nobody needs an account.

Set it up

  1. In your business, open Studios and add a room. Make it public.
  2. Once it's approved, your page shows Get a quote.
  3. Optionally, list services like an engineer, mixing or catering on your page. Visitors can pick them in the quote form.

Answer requests

Requests land in Quote and session requests, with the dates, people, rooms and services. Book one onto your calendar, or decline it.

AI assistants in a visitor's browser can fill in the form too. The visitor confirms it on the page first.
