Let people book a call with you
Set your hours and let anyone book a 30 minute video call with you from your team's or business's public page.
People outside Aden can book a call with you from your public page, like a scheduling link. They pick who to talk to (the artist, the booker, the manager), a day and a time. Aden only offers free times inside your hours.
Set it up
- Open your account and go to the availability page.
- Under Booking hours, pick the days and times people can book a 30 minute call, in your own time zone. Choose Save hours.
- Connect your Google Calendar or Outlook. Calls go on it with a video link and an invite.
- Under Bookable from, switch on the teams and businesses whose pages should offer you. The link button next to each one has your booking link.
Busy days, linked calendar events and sessions you accepted are never offered.
Send a link for one time
Already agreed on a time? Send a link for just that slot.
- Under Bookable from, choose the link button next to a team or business.
- Under One set time, pick a day, then one of your open times. The link is copied.
- Send it. The other person only fills in their name and email to confirm.

From Schedule a call on your team's profile and business page, and on your team website's contact page.
When someone books
The call shows as a meeting in Sessions and on your calendar, and you get a notification. The person who booked is saved to your contacts and lands in your Leads as a new lead, with the call on its timeline. If they already have an open lead, the call is added to it. They can create an Aden account in the same step.
