Connect Google Calendar or Outlook

  1. Open your account and go to the availability page.
  2. Choose Connect Google Calendar or Connect Outlook and allow access.
  3. Every calendar on that account is linked. Your main one counts toward your availability; switch the others on if you want.

Check for new calendars picks up calendars you added later. Disconnect removes the account.

Connect iCloud

  1. Choose Connect iCloud.
  2. Enter your Apple ID email and an app specific password. Make one at account.apple.com under Sign-In and Security. Your normal Apple password won't work.

If Apple stops accepting the password, the account shows Reconnect.

For subscribed calendars, booking tools and anything else, choose Add an iCal or webcal link, paste the link and name it. Where do I find this? shows where to get the link in Google, Outlook and Apple Calendar.

On a Mac, the desktop app's calendar settings list the calendars on your Mac and start the right step for each.

Work with linked events

  • Calendars in the calendar toolbar switches each linked calendar on or off.
  • Answer a Google or Outlook invite from the event's card. The organiser gets the usual reply.
  • Open an event, or use its menu, and choose Hide to take it off your Aden calendar. Find it again under Filters, Hidden events.
  • Linked events can't be edited in Aden. Open the event and use its button to edit it in the calendar it came from.
