Share when you're free and what you're good at
Mark busy and travel days, choose who sees them, and list your skills so people can plan sessions with you.
Tell Aden when you're busy or travelling, once, and everyone who plans with you sees it: session organisers, your organisations and the chat assistant.
Add busy or travel days
- Open your account and go to the availability page.
- Choose busy or travelling and pick the dates. For travel, add the city.
- Make it repeat if it comes back (every week, every month) so you only enter it once.
Or drag across days on your calendar and choose Mark unavailable. Or just tell the chat assistant: "I'm in Amsterdam from April 2 to May 5".
When you add a trip, people from your teams and organisations in that city get a heads up, so you can line something up.
Busy time that fills in by itself
- Events in calendars you link count as busy. Others only ever see "busy", never the event.
- Sessions you organise or accepted count as busy too, listed under From your sessions.
- One event in the way but you're still free? Mark it available and it stops counting.
Choose who sees it
Under Who can see this, share with everyone, with all or some of your organisations, with all or some of your teams, or with nobody. Until you change it, the organisations and teams you work with can see it.
List your skills
Open your account's skills and add what you do (piano, topline, vocal production) with a score from 0 to 10. Organisations you work with, like your publisher, can endorse a skill with their own score, which shows beside yours.
For organisations
The writers page shows each writer's skills, endorsements and upcoming busy and travel days. Owners and admins can endorse skills and nudge writers who haven't linked a calendar.
