Open signups for a camp
Share one public link where people apply or join, with your own questions, limited spots and a waitlist.
Instead of inviting everyone yourself, open a public signup page and share its link anywhere. People apply without an Aden account.
Turn on signup
- Open the camp and go to Settings โ Applications.
- Switch signup on. Your link shows next to the switch. Click its pencil to pick a readable link, like your camp's name. Links you already shared keep working.
- Under Joining, choose who gets in:
- Review each: you accept or reject every application.
- Join instantly: anyone with the link is in straight away, and gets an email to finish setting up their account.
- Add your questions, then share the link.
Ask your own questions
Collect everything in one step: dietary needs, accommodation, t-shirt size, gear, PRO and IPI details, an emergency contact.
- In Settings โ Applications, click Add a question, or Add from examples to start from ready-made ones.
- Pick the type: short text, long text, single choice, multiple choice, yes or no, or a date. Mark it required if you need the answer.
- Drag to reorder. Preview form shows it the way applicants see it.
A camp holds up to 15 questions.
Review applications
Applications arrive on the camp's Applications page with each person's roles, days and answers. Accept or reject each one. Accepted people join the roster, and get the contract to sign if the camp has one.
By question puts everyone's answers side by side. Export CSV downloads them for catering, rooms or merch.
Spots, waves and a waitlist
Camps often fill in rounds. Open Wave and dates to set the wave name, when Signups open and Signups close, how many Spots there are, and what people see while it's closed.
- Turn on Waitlist when full to keep taking applications once the camp is full. Accept a waitlisted person to move them in.
- Outside the dates, or once full, the form becomes a Notify me box. Everyone who leaves an email shows as Interested on Applications, so you can email them all when the next wave opens.
- Spots per role caps each role, like 6 producers and 8 topliners. Use roles per room fills it in from your rooms.
- With 10 spots or fewer left, the page says how many.
Who can find the camp
Set Visibility in Settings โ Applications:
- Public: listed on your business's public profile.
- Unlisted: only people with the link find it.
- Private: invite only. The public page is closed.
