Invite a business to your team
For artists: bring in your label, publisher, manager or studio, and choose exactly what they can see.
Work with a label, publisher, manager, booking agency or studio? Invite them to your team. You pick the role they play and what they may see. Nothing is shared until they approve.
Send the invite
- Open your team and go to Submissions.
- Click Invite business.
- Search for the business. Not listed? Keep typing and choose to add it as a new business.
- Pick the role they play for you. Each role comes with a set of areas, like releases for a label or splits for a publisher. Switch off any you'd rather not share.
- Add Their email (needed for a business that isn't on Aden yet) and an optional note.
- Click Send invite.
What happens next
- Already on Aden: its managers get a notification and an email, and approve from their business page.
- Not on Aden yet: the email address you entered gets a link to set the business up. Whoever claims it becomes its first manager, and the connection is live the moment they finish.
The email is written for their role. A publisher reads about registrations and splits, a studio about sessions and bookings, a label about demos and releases.
Until they approve, the invite waits on your team's page.
Change or end it
You stay in charge of what the business sees. Change the areas you share at any time, or end the connection. Ending it removes their access to this team only.
