Group your members

Tag members with labels like Producers or A&R, then plan a studio session for the whole group at once.

Groups are labels you put on the people in your business, like "Producers", "A&R" or "Songwriters". A member can carry as many as you like. Once a group exists, you can plan a session for everyone in it instead of picking the same people every time.

Create a group

  1. In your business, open Groups.
  2. Click New group.
  3. Give it a name and tick the members who belong in it. A group needs at least one member.
  4. Click Create group.

Change a group

Open the group to add or remove people with the switch next to each name, rename it, or Delete it. Deleting only removes the label. Nobody leaves the business.

Plan a session for a group

On a group, click Plan session. The session form opens with everyone in the group already picked. For a one-off with hand-picked people, use New session.

Only owners and admins can create, rename and delete groups, or change who's in them.
