Keep your business files
One shared drive for your business's decks, templates, brand assets and paperwork, with folders and comments.
Your business has its own Files: a shared drive for everything that doesn't belong to one artist. Brand assets, templates, insurance papers, riders, decks and exports. It works like a team's documents, with the same upload limits for your plan.
Upload
Drag files onto the drop zone, or pick them from Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive if you've connected one.
Organise
- Folders: open a folder and upload into it, or drop files straight onto a folder. Renaming a folder keeps everything inside it.
- Move: drag files onto another folder, or onto a folder in the path above the list. Tick several to move them together.
- Rename, download, delete: the ⋯ menu on a file. Tick several to download them as a ZIP or delete them together.
Comment
Every file has its own comments, so feedback stays on the file instead of in a chat.
Contracts
Contracts with your writers also show here, in a Contracts folder. You can read and download them, but you edit or void them on Contracts, so nobody deletes a signed agreement by accident.
Who can do what
Every member of the business can open the drive and download. Viewers and artists see it read only, with the reason. Everyone else can upload, rename and delete.
