Convert a project to another DAW

Turn a project from FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Renoise, LMMS or a tracker module into a project for another DAW.

The DAW project converter turns your project into another DAW's. Free, no account needed, and your project never leaves your browser.

  1. Open the DAW project converter.
  2. Press Open a folder and pick your project's folder, so its samples come along. For Logic Pro, pick the .logicx project itself.
  3. If Add missing samples shows a number, add the folders those samples are in.
  4. Press Convert and pick a DAW.
  5. Unzip the download and open the project inside it.

Tracks, clips, notes, audio, tempo, markers and samples come along. A Pro Tools session doesn't say its tempo, so name it with one ("Hook 92bpm") or set it after converting. Samplers become the other DAW's own sampler. Third-party plugins stay behind: their notes are on the track, ready for the plugin. Conversion notes.txt in the zip says which plugin goes where.

Renoise songs and tracker modules (.mod, .xm, .it, .s3m) bring their samples with them, and each instrument becomes a track with its own sampler. For a Hydrogen song, add its drum kit's folder too.

Tempo changes come along. FL Studio projects you convert to open in FL Studio 20 and later.

A Bitwig project converts once you export it as a DAWproject or MIDI file.
