Invite your roster's artists
Invite the artists on a playlist, attach their contracts, and bring in royalty statements.
After the catalogue is in, invite each artist to claim their team, and bring the paperwork next to the music. All of this sits on the organisation's Import catalogue page.
Invite the artists on a playlist
- Open the Artists tab.
- Paste a playlist link. Aden lists every artist on it, with their picture, followers and how many tracks they're on.
- Type each artist's email.
- Send the invites.
Each artist gets a team, matched by name or created, linked to your organisation with their Spotify profile attached. Artists with an account or a pending invite are flagged instead of invited twice.
Attach signed contracts
- Open Import more and choose Signed contracts.
- Upload each signed agreement and attach it to the artist's team.
- Confirm the title and dates Aden reads from the PDF.
Bring in royalty statements
Import the catalogue first, since statement lines match tracks by ISRC.
- Open Import more and choose Royalty statements.
- Upload a statement from a distributor, PRO or publisher.
Aden remembers each source's column layout, so the next statement from the same source takes one click.
Let an AI assistant sort it
When your catalogue is a pile of contracts and folders, Let an AI assistant do it helps you connect Aden to ChatGPT or Claude and gives you a prompt to paste. The assistant shows a dry run and imports only after you approve. It can never email your artists: its invites wait as drafts on your Invites page.
Export the catalogue
Export catalogue writes every roster track with its artist, album and playlist. Drop it on another organisation's import and every column is matched.
