Add your venue and rooms

Put your club or hall on Aden with its rooms, link shows to it, and let artists ask to play.

Organisations that run clubs, halls or arenas add them as venues. A venue can have rooms, like a main room and a smaller club room, each with its own capacity.

Add a venue

  1. Open Venues in your organisation and choose Add venue.
  2. Fill in the name, address, capacity and a link to your agenda. The venue appears on the public Discover map.
  3. To add a room, open the venue's menu and choose to add a room.

When you host an event, pick your venue in its venue field. The address fills in, and the show appears on the venue's programming with its lineup. Choose Somewhere else for a venue that isn't on Aden.

Take requests to play

  1. Edit the venue and turn on Take requests to play.
  2. Add a line about what you want to receive.
  3. Artists and agents send a date, links to their music and a pitch from the venue's public page.

Requests land on the venue's requests tab, where you mark them replied, declined or spam.
