Build a lineup

Invite an artist on Aden

1. Open an event you host and go to its lineup.
2. Search for the artist's team.
3. Send the booking invite, with a fee if you like.

The team's admins get an email and accept or decline from their own events. If you're an admin of both teams, it's confirmed straight away.

Each team on the lineup manages its own booking: fee, set time and contract.

Invite an artist who isn't on Aden

Organisations can invite by email:

1. Choose to invite by email.
2. Enter the artist's name and email, and an optional fee.
3. They get an email to sign up and link their team. Accepting the gig is a separate step from their team.

Organisation shows

Organisation admins create shows from the organisation's events, for shows they promote rather than play. Shows an organisation creates are always hosted, so they have a guest list and a door scanner.
