Release & shareShare links

See who listened

See every visit, play and minute listened on your share links, and get an alert when someone opens one.

Every visit to a share link is counted, even when the visitor has no Aden account.

See the visits

  1. Open the track and go to its Analytics tab.
  2. Scroll to Shared link visits.

For each link you see the visits, unique visitors, plays and listen time. The visit log shows each visit's time, city and country, device and browser, and how long each play lasted. Visitors with an Aden account show by name; everyone else shows as an anonymous listener.

Get an alert

When you create or edit a link, turn on one of these pills:

  • Notify on visit: a notification when someone opens the link.
  • Notify on play: a notification when someone presses play.

You get at most one alert per visitor every six hours, so a busy link doesn't flood you.

Ask the assistant

The Aden assistant can search what you sent. Ask things like "what was that track I sent to Sam that they listened to in March?". It finds the links your team sent that person, keeps the ones they played in that period, and names the track and when they last played it. Ask by name or email, by when you sent it, by when they listened, or both.
