Member groups
Tag organisation members with shared labels like "Producers" or "A&R", then plan a studio session for the whole group in one go.
What it is
Groups are shared labels you put on the people in your organisation, for example "Producers", "A&R", or "Songwriters". A member can carry any number of labels. Once a group exists you can plan a studio session for everyone in it at once, instead of hand-picking the same people every time.
Using it
- Open Groups in your organisation sidebar (
/org/<id>/groups). - Click New group. Give it a name and tick the members who belong in it, then Create group. You need at least one member. A group with nobody in it can't exist.
- On a group's page you can Add or remove any member (the toggle next to each person), Rename the label, or Delete the group (which just removes the label from everyone. Nobody is removed from the org).
- Click Plan session on a group to open the session creator with that group's members already selected. Or use New session to plan a one-off for hand-picked people.
Only organisation owners and admins can create, rename, delete groups or change who's in them.
Organisation catalogue teams
An organisation's own catalogue of songs written to pitch out, held on a team it owns, with every writer credited and split equally per song.
Requesting extra members
Non-admin organisation members can ask their owners and admins to add extra members. The request is delivered by email, it never changes membership.
