Coaching sessions

What it is

If you coach artists, you can run your whole practice inside Aden. Whatever you coach. A vocal coach, a performance coach, a songwriting or production coach, a mix engineer who teaches, a mindset or career coach, a dance choreographer, an academy with a dozen teachers: they all join as an organisation, say what they coach, and take bookings. Clients request a session from a public form and you turn each request into a real session with the coach and the client invited. Any active member of your organisation can be a coach there's nothing to set up per coach.

Using it

Say what you coach. On the Coaching page, pick your disciplines vocal, performance & stage, songwriting, production, mixing & mastering, instrument, DJing, dance, theory, mindset, career, content, image, artist development. Then, in the coach list underneath, set what each coach personally teaches. A coach with nothing listed stays bookable for anything the practice offers. Clients filter the public booking page by discipline, and the session that gets created is titled with it.

Turn on your public form. On the Coaching page, switch the public request form on. Clients can then visit your-org/coaching and book from a Cal.com-style page: choose what they want to work on (only shown when you offer more than one discipline), then coaching (pick a coach who teaches it, or "Anyone available") or studio (pick one of your public studio rooms, or no preference, no coach required), pick a day on the calendar, then pick a time slot. Days a chosen coach is fully busy are greyed out. They confirm with a name and email. A proper form with validation, and no account is needed.

Announce availability. Use Announce availability to send a campaign with a link to your form. Everyone who submits is saved as a "Coaching leads" contact you can target from Campaigns next time.

Allocate a request. Requests land in Coaching → Requests, each showing the date and time the producer picked. Open one, confirm the coach (the requested start/end time is pre-filled from their pick), optionally add a studio, meeting link, and admin fee, and create the session. The coach and producer are invited automatically and the session shows up in Sessions and on your calendar.
