Email signature builder
Design reusable HTML email signatures for people, teams, and organisations, preview them in light or dark inboxes, and reuse them inside campaigns.
What it is
The email signature builder lets you design a professional HTML email signature: name, role, contact details, company logo, and a confidentiality disclaimer, and save it as a reusable template.
The layout stacks vertically: the company logo sits at the top (rendered
borderless, no circular frame), followed by your name and role, then the
contact rows: phone, email, location, and a link to your public Aden profile
(/u/…): each prefixed with its own icon. When opened from Account → Email
signatures, your name, role, email, location, and profile link are
pre-filled from your account.
The live preview sits at the top of the builder and can be switched between a Light and Dark inbox so you can check the signature reads cleanly in both Gmail/Outlook themes. Copy HTML copies the standard (light) markup you can paste straight into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.
Using it
- Go to Account → Email signatures (or Admin → Email signatures for organisation-wide signatures).
- Fill in your identity, contact details, and branding. The preview updates as you type.
- Toggle the preview between Light and Dark to check both inboxes.
- Name the signature and click Save signature. Turn on Share with the workspace to make it available to everyone. Save as copy creates a second signature from the current draft; New starts a blank one.
- Switch between saved signatures with the picker at the top. Unsaved edits are never dropped silently. You get a confirmation first.
- In a campaign, click Signature in the composer action bar to drop a saved signature straight into the email body. See the campaigns feature.
Email threads
Send real email from your connected Gmail inbox inside the app, read the whole conversation on the record it is about, and jump between Aden and Gmail in both directions.
Calendar
A subscribable iCal feed for team/track/album/camp events, one-click Google/Outlook calendar linking, and a time-entry log for tracking hours spent on tracks, versions, milestones, and todos.
