Booking inquiries
Public "book this artist" form with email confirmation before the inquiry reaches the artist.
What it is
Anyone can ask to book you from your public profile: /profile/<you>/book. The
form collects the promoter's details, the date, the venue and the fee offer.
Every inquiry is email-confirmed. The sender gets a link, and only after they click it does the inquiry reach you, so bots and typo'd addresses never land in your inbox.
Using it
- Turn it on: Events → Inquiries → settings. You need a Pro plan or above.
- Triage: each inquiry can be marked replied, declined or spam, and accepted inquiries convert into a real event plus a confirmed booking for your team.
- Sending one: after submitting, confirm your address from the email we send. The booking page remembers what you sent on that device, shows whether it's still waiting on your confirmation, and lets you resend the email.
Venues & rooms
Clubs, halls and arenas as first-class operators on Aden. Venues with rooms, shows linked to the venue they happen in, ranked date holds, org-owned residencies, and a public "play here" request form.
Network map
A visual map of who you've worked with. Collaborators, teams and tracks as a graph, plus a geographic connections map.
